By accessing or using AudioTranscribe Pro ("the Service"), operated by Deverhurst ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AudioTranscribe Pro is a web-based audio transcription service that uses AI to convert audio files into text with speaker detection. The Service supports MP3, WAV, and M4A formats, 40+ languages, and optional translation.
You must sign in with a Google account or email to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or let others access the Service through your account.
New users receive 200 free minutes of transcription per month, which reset on the first of each calendar month. Additional minutes may be purchased as one-time credit bundles. Purchased credits never expire.
Translation uses 2 credits per minute of audio. We reserve credits when a job is submitted and confirm or refund them upon completion or failure.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All purchases are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevented successful transcription and credits were not automatically refunded, contact support@deverhurst.com and we will review your case.
Prices are displayed in USD; local currency (CAD, EUR, etc.) is available at checkout through Stripe.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain all rights to the audio files you upload and the transcripts generated. We do not claim ownership of your content. Audio files are processed temporarily and are not stored permanently (see our Privacy Policy).
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and transcribe the audio content you submit.
Transcription is generated by AI and may contain errors, particularly with poor audio quality, heavy accents, or uncommon terminology. Speaker detection may not always be accurate. Transcripts should be reviewed before use in critical contexts (legal, medical, etc.).
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AudioTranscribe Pro and Deverhurst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete your data after a reasonable period following account termination.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
